Because each product is made to order and shipped direct from our manufacture partners we have no ability to restock. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about an item.
If You Receive a Defective Product
Some variation in printing is expected but it should not impact the functionality or use of the item (example - print may be fainter over a sewn seam which is expected. A white streak across the middle is not.) If the printing is clearly defective or the item has manufacturing flaws (example - a broken buckle) you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement and resolve the issue. Do not return or dispose of the item until instructed to do so.
If a Package is Missing or Arrives Damaged
If an item is damaged in shipping, the tracking shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, or the tracking still shows as pending delivery beyond a reasonable time frame (more than 2 weeks), you must open a case with the shipping carrier directly. We cannot replace items until the shipping carrier has accepted fault and make arrangements with us. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time the order is placed.
